    I had a career in the Police in New Zealand, moved into the corporate world & for many years was involved in senior management in big boxing retailing in NZ and then developed my management and operational retailing experience further in group franchising.

    As an owner I experienced the success (via consistency of execution and strict systems and controls) of the 'Subway' model. Following more success in ownership of your bricks & mortar businesses, I moved into the online space.

    I have recently sold my last online business which my family & I had built from nothing to a 7 figure turnover business in a number of years.

    I have the specific online knowledge and extensive business acumen (with a passion) to help people transform their ecommerce idea into a strong profitable & viable business.

    Like Ray, I was also in the Police in New Zealand & although we knew each other our paths hadn’t really crossed until I left the Police & went into business on my own. We met over some business
    transactions & then kept in touch over the years.
    I have owned ‘traditional businesses’ & now work as an independent business advisor, helping people improve profitability in their businesses by putting good governance & management practices in place. Turnover for these businesses may be as low as $500k to $20m+. I’ve worked across a
    number of sectors including tech & online businesses. I am a member of the Institute of Directors (NZ), a volunteer with Business Mentors NZ which is an organisation that helps small to medium
    business owners succeed & have done volunteer work with my local Chamber of Commerce.
